We are pleased to announce that Dr. Maribel Martínez Benlloch, a constituent member of the Interdisciplinary Feminist Research Seminar and the University Institute for Women's Studies, has just been awarded the 2018 Women Progressive Prize.

During the period of academic activity of the research interests of the Dr. Martínez Benlloch has focused on the analysis of the social construction of subjectivity and the psychic implications derived from the influence myths and cultural ideals have on health. Also, Dr. Martínez Benlloch, has been part of the group of experts in Health of the Women's Institute, the Advisory Council of the Feminisms collection of the Chair Editorial and the Writing Board, among others, of intersubjective journals and Asparkía.

The delivery of these awards will take place on March 27, 2018 at 7:30 p.m. at the Ateneo de Valencia, at the Hall on the sixth floor.
