This activity proposes the exhibition-performance of  Valencian clothing where there will be shown all the elements of the costume with its correspondent names used through history, accessories, decorations, modalities in history, uses, habits linked to the piece of clothing, pointing out every element.  They will be walking one at a time and, even, two people with costumes can be used to contrast interesting examples that have connection or different symbols depending on the community areas, etc.

To see and to know the different elements of the clothing related to silk, its terminologies and usages through history.

Additional information

The activity is subjected to changes by the proposals that can be made by the Faculty of Geography and History, taking into account other aditional activities such as ‘Cants d’Estil’ and others related to the Popular València.
