The second edition of WRICOS, the writing contest on the Silk Road, has recognized a student of the University of Valencia with the Excellence Award, a prize that will allow him to travel to Vietnam to participate in the Third General Assembly of the Network of Universities of the Ruta de la Seda (Silk Road)

Estela Martí Simó, a second year student in the Degree in Translation and Interlingual Mediation at the Universidad de València, has been awarded the Excellence Award, the highest recognition given by SUN (Silk-Road Universities Network) in relation to the WRICOS competition, a contest that rewards the best literary works related to the Ruta de la Seda (Silk Road).  In this case, the jury awarded the work of Estela Martí, a poem of free rhyme that tells a complicated love story among the traders of the Route. This recognition will allow you to travel next month in November to Ho Chi Minh, the largest city in Vietnam, to pick up the award and represent Spain at the Third General Assembly of SUN, which will be held in a series of conferences, exhibitions, workshops and activities grouped under the theme "The beauty of diversity in harmony along the Ruta de la Seda (Silk Road)" and whose purpose is to disseminate the historical, social and heritage value of this old commercial route.
