AI-SECRETT and VALGRAI Strengthen Their Strategic Alliance for the Master’s Content Delivery Platform
Valencia, 5 February 2026
Past 5th february a high-level technical meeting was held between representatives of the University of Valencia (UVEG), the Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV), and the management and technical teams of VALGRAI. The aim was to advance the definition of the digital infrastructure that will support the European Master’s programme in Artificial Intelligence developed within the AI-SECRETT (AI supported and enhanced creativity for the triple transition) project.
The meeting was framed within Task 1.4 – Requirement Analysis and Executive Design of the Master’s Content Delivery Platform, and served to formally confirm the suitability of the VALGRAI platform as the core learning environment for the delivery of the AI-SECRETT Master’s programme, which is structured around a modular, micro-credentials-based approach.

Context and objectives of the meeting
The session opened with a concise overview of the AI-SECRETT project, its strategic objectives, and the central role of the Content Delivery Platform in the implementation of the European Master’s programme on Artificial Intelligence for Creativity and the Triple Transition (digital, green and social).
Within this context, the project coordination team presented the decision—taken after assessing several possible alternatives—to rely on the VALGRAI learning platform as the main technological backbone of the programme. This decision was positively acknowledged by all parties involved.
The strategic partnership between AI-SECRETT and VALGRAI is further reinforced by the joint participation of both entities in the recently funded European project AISHA (AI Skills Hub Academy), opening up significant opportunities for long-term synergies in advanced AI education at European level.

Main outcomes and agreements
- The strategic alliance between VALGRAI and the AI-SECRETT project was formally confirmed and will be consolidated through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).
- The VALGRAI learning platform (Moodle-based) was validated as the main infrastructure for delivering the AI-SECRETT Master’s programme.
- An early experimentation and testing phase was agreed, covering both user experience aspects and course design and implementation processes.
- Detailed information was exchanged regarding the current technical architecture of the platform, as well as potential functional extensions and identified limitations.
- Particular attention was given to user identification, authentication and certification mechanisms, and the use and integration of videoconferencing tools and synchronous communication platforms.
- The meeting resulted in the creation of dedicated technical working groups, which will further explore these issues and develop concrete operational proposals aligned with the project’s requirements.
Next steps
As a result of the meeting, an initial roadmap was outlined, including the design and deployment of an early pilot training experience on the VALGRAI platform, ongoing technical coordination between UVEG, UPV and VALGRAI, and the definition of a shared working calendar to progressively adapt the platform to the needs of the AI-SECRETT Master’s programme and to exploit synergies with AISHA.
This meeting represents a key milestone in the development of the AI-SECRETT training ecosystem, consolidating a strategic collaboration that brings together academic expertise, technological capacity and a strong European vision for advanced AI education.
