Within the framework of the Digital Rights Observatory promoted by Red.es, the Audiovisual Producers' Rights Management Entity (EGEDA), in collaboration with other entities, has launched a Working Group specialized in the implementation of the Digital Bill of Rights in new digital environments. This effort aims to address the challenges posed by artificial intelligence (AI) and new digital environments in the field of creation and access to culture.
The Working Group, coordinated by Ibán García del Blanco, will have the participation of leading experts in the field, including Pau Rausell, whose experience and knowledge will be key to the development of reports on the Rights of Creation and Access to Culture in the Digital Environment. Likewise, this team will collaborate in the development of Governance Guides and Good Practices for the correct implementation of these rights in the digital ecosystem.
This work is part of the Rights in New Digital Environments initiative, promoted by the Digital Rights Observatory, which seeks to guarantee the effective exercise of fundamental rights in increasingly digitalized environments. For more information about these advances, you can visit the official website of Digital Rights in New Digital Environments.
With the incorporation of Pau Rausell and other experts, this Working Group seeks to consolidate a solid framework to guarantee that digital rights in the creation and access to culture are protected and promoted in an increasingly digitalized environment.
