The European project AI-SECRETT has held its second Technical and General Assembly meeting in person in Larissa (Greece), from 27 to 29 April 2026, with the participation of consortium partners and the possibility of remote attendance.

The main objective of the meeting has been to review the state of the project at the end of the first implementation period (M1–M6) and to establish the work lines and priorities for the second period (M7–M12). Representing the Universitat de València were Pau Rausell, Francesco Molinari, Francesc Felipe and Víctor Fernández, accompanied by Àlex Badia and Dani Fabra.

The first day began with a welcome by the host organisation and the formal adoption of the agenda, followed by a session focused on the objectives and principles of the upcoming FSTP call. A consolidated overview of the project was then presented, including progress made, completed deliverables and key challenges, as well as the transition to the second period and its implications for coordination across work packages.

A roundtable discussion was also held to assess partners’ readiness for the new phase, identify risks and needs, and define immediate next steps. The day concluded with a shared overview of the objectives and expected outcomes of the following day’s working sessions.

The second day was devoted to collaborative working sessions addressing key areas of the project. These included the co-creation of initial educational content, identifying priority themes, target groups and possible module structures. Discussions also covered credentialing and certification systems, including the development of micro-credentials and their integration into broader educational programmes.

Additional sessions focused on defining the content delivery platform and its technical priorities, as well as on shaping an AI-STEAM community aimed at engaging academic and professional stakeholders. Governance, quality assurance —including alignment with ISO 21001—, and communication, dissemination and exploitation strategies were also addressed.

The programme also included a session dedicated to establishing stable, long-term relationships with stakeholders, defining an interaction model to ensure the project’s sustainability beyond its formal duration.

On the third and final day, the General Assembly session was held, where the conclusions of the working sessions were reviewed and key consortium resolutions were adopted. These included approval of transition priorities for the second period, the operational roadmap for the coming months, the establishment of the Scientific Committee and the implementation of the Gender Equality Plan.

The meeting concluded with the assignment of action points, the definition of immediate deadlines and the confirmation of next coordination steps, consolidating the foundations for the next phase of the AI-SECRETT project.
