With Francesco Molinari the research unit keeps collaborative projects that go back to almost a decade. The first project in which contact was stablished was CREATIVEMED developed since 2013. Through seeds, there have been continuous contacts and coincidences, taking part in projects such as DESIGNSCAPES or MESOC.
Francesco Molinari, an independent researcher and project manager has worked for several European public and private organisations, including clients from Belgium, Cyprus, Greece, Israel, Italy, Portugal, Slovenia and the United Kingdom. Throughout his career he has taken part in the coordination (or in the participation) of about twenty Research, Development and Innovation projects related with TIC in an European, national and regional level. Lots of them were about electronic participation and management subjects, but also about cultures and politics focused on cultural and creative sectors. For the European Commission, among others, in 2008 he wrote an study for the approach assessment of the Living Labs in the innovation and UE Future Internet scenario. He conducted several consultancies for several Italian regions (Piamonte, Apulia, Valle de Aosta, Véneto) in subjects related to the creation and management of Living Labs. For the Ministry of Italian Economic Development, Department of Cohesion Policy, he ran in 2010-2012 a Work Group addressed for the PCP (Pre Commercial Procurement) establishment in the practice of public management.
With the incorporation of Francesco Molinari to the Econcult team, a further step is taken in the process to the research team transnationalization, which currently has 4 researchers of different foreign nationalities.
