  • Abstract:

    The first publication of the collection of trand and the Mediterranean sea is dedicated to Valencia and its docks. The book is divided in four main blocks: the first one focuses on the geographical, economical an cultural space of the Mediterranean sea; the second one explores the vision of rutes and the sea throughout the history; the third one studies the infrastructures and trading good; and the fourth one is about the approach of navigators, merchants passengers and businesspeople. These chapters are accompanied with files for the text that describe specific elements descriptions.
