The Girls4STEM project has scheduled for Thursday 16 June at 17:00h the Family session dedicated to our sponsor Clara Grima, researcher, disseminator and professor in the Department of Applied Mathematics at the University of Seville. This is part of the Girls4STEM talks programme. Each talk is dedicated to one of the project's sponsors, in this case the mathematician Clara Grima Ruiz

This talk will be held in person on Thursday 16 June at 17:30h in the Santiago Grisolía Auditorium of the Science Museum "Príncep Felip" of the CAC (City of Arts and Sciences). To access the event, prior registration is required at this web. At 17.00 the reception will begin.

The Family Talk is the culmination of the work carried out in the classroom by the schools, teachers and students who have taken part in this edition of Girls4STEM. This is the moment to meet all the people involved in the action: STEM experts, teachers, students and families.

In addition, students will have the opportunity to explain how the process of elaboration was and comment on how their impressions of STEM subjects have changed during this process.

During the event, the winning schools of this 3rd edition of the Girls4STEM project will be announced, and they will be recognised for their efforts and achievements.

This talk is part of the activities organised by Girls4STEM from the ETSE-UV, Office of the Vice-Principal Equality, Diversity and Inclusive Policies, the Equality Unit and the Office of the Vice-Principal for Innovation and Transfer of the Universitat de València. It also has the support of the Generalitat Valenciana and the funding of the Conselleria d'Innovació, Universitats, Ciència i Societat Digital and of the FECYT (Spanish Foundation for Science and Technology).

The main objective of the Girls4STEM project is to promote vocations in the STEM fields (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) among the general public and, in particular, among girls.
