Access to the application

Access the application ‘Geiser: Gestión Integral de Servicios de Registro’ via the following link: https://geiser.seap.minhap.es/geiser/login.html

It can be accessed in three ways:

• Access by user/password: it is necessary to enter the user credentials: 
  • User: name.surname (without @seap.minhap.es)
  • Password: The same one used for the e-mail.
• Access by login with Certificate: this access is for people who do not belong to the SEAP. The user will have to choose the certificate linked by NIF to his/her user in Geiser.
• Access by login with Certificate: this access is for people who do not belong to the SEAP. The user will have to choose the certificate linked by NIF to his/her user in Geiser.
• Access by login with Autentica Certificate: this access is also for people who do not belong to the SEAP. The user chooses the certificate (previously registered in the Autentica platform) linked by NIF to his/her user in Geiser. This variant eliminates the java applet that communicates with @firma.

If the user has access to several areas, that is, to several registration offices and/or processing units, and has not any marked as his/her default area, the following screen will appear where the area to be worked on must be selected.
