Viafirma is an electronic signature folder developed by the company of Viafirma for the management of documents to be signed. It provides them with a powerful and usable flow of signatures or approvals. It was conceived especially for institutions with a large volume of documentation. Its user interface is very similar to that of any webmail account, so it is very easy to use, convenient and fast.

The application saves time and management costs, provides security and integrity to documents, improves internal management, speeds up internal processes, centralises the institution's tasks, recovers original documents and allows the status of signature processes to stay always monitored.

It also allows the classification of signatures according to their importance: new, pending, suspended, rejected, expired, personalised, and it adapts to the most common signature formats: PAdES (PDF signatures) and XAdES (XML signatures).
