To access the application, users are required to identify themselves as valid users in the system. They can do that with one of the enabled options, which are all configurable by the system admins. The above-mentioned options are:

• “Access with Local Certificate” or “Access with Cloud Certificate” if users have a digital certificate installed in their own computer or remotely, respectively.
• Via “Username” and “Password” if they already own valid credentials.

Lastly, if system admins enable the Signature Verification option, Access to the Signature Verification App will be available and from it, users can enter a request code to check the status of a signature request.
