The T.actica platform as a whole gathers a large number of components and utilities. The managing users carry out the central tasks of the platform: signing, accepting, rejecting, postponing and, in short, making decisions regarding the proceedings.
T.actica identifies two main concepts:
- PROCEDURE: covers any procedural structure (processing, procedure, workflow, management…). It has the necessary components to reflect the life cycle that is defined: initiator, phases, activities, linked data, business regulations, files, participants, final result…
- ITEM: Includes the object linked to a type of procedure (file, application, request…), which will be conditioned by the aforementioned life cycle.
