Viafirma Inbox’s interface is composed by the following sections:

Header

The application’s header includes the following options:

• Start: link to the last visited tray.
• Search bar: it allows to find requests meeting the specified search criterion. The search fields are:
  1. Subject
  2. Message
  3. Reference
  4. Request identifier
  5. Sender’s name
  6. Sender’s surname
  7. Sender’s person ID
  8. Sender’s e-mail address
  9. Recipient’s name
  10. Recipient’s surname
  11. Recipient’s person ID
  12. Recipient’s e-mail address
• Recipient’s full name
• Log out: Closes the user’s session.
