Captura acceso a la organización de las peticiones

  • Write: link to the request writing page.
  • Inbox: main request list. The inbox shows requests sent to an authenticated user. On the right, it shows the number of unread requests. New (unread) requests are in boldface, thus, easily recognisable. Should users have associated more than one entity and should this option be enabled by system admins, an inbox would appear for each entity the authenticated user belongs to.
  • Drafts: list of requests not yet sent. By selecting a draft, the writing tab and its saved data are shown.
  • Highlighted: users can prioritise requests by clicking on the star icon located on the left of any request list. This way, marked requests will be accessible via this menu and they will always be visible at the top of any list, even if they are not the most recent.
  • Unresolved: an unresolved request is one users already signed (or approved, if necessary) but pending signature by other users for it to be successfully completed.
  • On hold: an on hold request is one pending prior signature by a recipient so that the user can also sign (or approve) it.
  • Finalised: list of successfully finalised requests, the signature flows and / or the corresponding approvals.
  • Rejected: list of returned (rejected) requests by a recipient. A returned / rejected request can no longer be recovered.
  • Expired: list of requests that reached their expiring date before being properly finalised, for which they can no longer be recovered to resume the signing process.
  • Archived: list of requests archived by the user.
  • Sent:
    • In process: list of requests sent by the user that are still not finalised.
    • Finalised: list of finalised requests sent by the user. Once in this section, the user can sort requests by their status: finalised, expired or rejected.
  • Communications: list of requests with users marked as final recipients (communication), even if they were not involved in the signature flow. For example, a resolution’s approval can be notified to a management profile without it necessarily having had to be involved in the signature or approval flow.
    • In process: Non-finalised requests.
    • Finalised: Finalised requests. Once in this section, the user can sort requests by their status: finalised, expired or rejected.
    • Archived: Requests archived by the user.
  • Advanced search: advanced request search options.
  • My filters: users can save their most frequent searches and reutilise them whenever necessary. Here, filters created by users in the Search Filters section of their Personal Menu will be uploaded.
