In this section the different actions that can be performed on a request are explained.

The options available on this screen are:

• Filters: users who have enabled filters can select the ones applied in the inbox, to only display the requests meeting the criteria.
• Signatures, approval and rejection: these buttons will be displayed by selecting one or more requests only in lists in which it is possible to sign in bulk.
• Switch to summary view.
• Switch to chart view.
• Export the list of requests in a csv file. Data exported are sender, subject, date, status and request identifier.
• Export current page of requests to pdf. Only available in summary view mode.
• Download signed documents of the finalized requests from the list of requests in the advanced search.
