The calendar and the task organiser can be found in the right-hand side menu.

Calendar

The current month, with option to scroll to previous and subsequent months, is display by default. Most important dates are highlighted: red colour marks for the expiry dates of the requests. Blue dots for days with pending tasks. When clicking on a highlighted date, a small diary with the relevant information for that day is displayed.

Tasks

It shows a list of tasks/events organised by dates. The user can manage tasks through the buttons 'Add Tasks' and 'Manage Tasks'. These panels can be opened / closed by clicking on the controls in the upper right-hand corner.
