Viafirma is a simple, advanced and qualified digital signature system functioning with local certificate, cloud-based certificate, SMS OTP or digitised/biometric signature. It presents the following functionalities:

  • It includes delegation tasks from one user to another, permanently or for a determined period of time, with different access filters.
  • The interface is 100% adapted to mobile devices. Electronic signature tasks can be carried out entirely on the mobile through free apps available in the markets.
  • It defines complex document signature workflows in a visual way: cascade signature, parallel signature, approvals. It allows dynamic search of signers belonging to a group, position, etc.
  • It has different levels of integration with ECM systems: Documentum, Nuxeo, Alfresco, IBM Filenet, Sharepoint, etc.
  • It creates different portals of signature folders: 100% independent, with different graphic aspect and configuration.
  • The metadata can be either free values, added when creating a signature request, or fixed metadata predefined and managed by the administrators.
  • Its timestamping makes it possible to check the existence and integrity of a data set, incorporating date and time of the signature in the electronic document.
