It is an initiative that aims to bring together the best experts in transparency and participation, as well as innovation and digital transformation of our administrations and public authorities.

The contributions consist of an article and a video, both produced by the forum of experts who are part of the Observatory on Digital Transformation in the Public Sector. See all contributions here.

The Observatory is articulated under the impulse of the PAGODA Open Government, Participation and Open Data Chair (UV and the Regional Ministry of Participation, Transparency, Cooperation and Democratic Quality, Valencian Government). It is open to institutional collaborations and research projects and teams.

The Observatory is a medium-term project, which will be launched at the end of 2020 and aims to consolidate a forum of experts to contribute to knowledge and innovation in the field. If you are interested, do not hesitate to collaborate in this open project.
