The Observatory is articulated under the impulse of the PAGODA Open Government, Participation and Open Data Chair (UV and GVA Presidency). It is open to institutional collaborations and research projects and teams.

The Observatory is a medium-term project, which will be launched at the end of 2020 and aims to consolidate a forum of experts to contribute to knowledge and innovation in the field. If you are interested, do not hesitate to collaborate in this open project.
