The Observatory is articulated under the impulse of the PAGODA Chair of Open Government, Participation and Open Data, which is the result of an agreement between the Universitat de València and the Department of Participation, Transparency, Cooperation and Democratic Quality of the Valencian Government.

Notwithstanding this, the Observatory is open to institutional collaborations and research projects and teams. Please do not hesitate to contact us for this purpose.
