The Public Sector Digital Transformation Observatory is aligned with the most recent strategies and developments, such as Agenda 2025 or the National Artificial Intelligence Strategy or the Digital Bill of Rights. In all of them, the public sector is a prime focus of attention.

This initiative of the PAGODA Chair, with the support of the Regional Ministry of Participation, Transparency, Cooperation and Democratic Quality, aims to bring together the best experts in transparency and participation, as well as innovation and digital transformation of our administrations and public authorities. The approach is not only legal, but also from a political and administrative perspective, as well as from a practical implementation perspective. All of this, through lectures in blog format accompanied by videos, is not only aimed at specialists, but also at those who wish to approach the subject from different disciplines.

The Observatory is a medium-term project, under the initiative and direction of Lorenzo Cotino Hueso, in which Joaquín Martín Cubas and Jorge Castellanos are also coordinators. It was created at the end of 2020 and aims to consolidate itself throughout 2021 as a forum for experts to contribute to knowledge and innovation in the field. If you are interested, do not hesitate to collaborate in this open project.
