On 30 June, 1 and 2 July will take place the 9th Edition of the Universidad de Verano del Rincón de Ademuz (UVRA). This new edition, under the motto “Salvaguarda ambiental/paisajística/ patrimonial y desarrollo rural: talleres de custodia del territorio” pretends to underlined that the protection of environment and natural-cultural resources is an issue for which we are all responsible: public power and citizenship. For this reason, this theory-practical character proposal comes with a triple goal: making visible the mechanism of Land Custody, fomenting the participation of citizenship in issues related to environment and landscape; and promoting the acquisition of knowledge and skills that allow students the successful designing, implementation and development of land custody projects.

This year the attendance to UVRA comes with novelties. Not only it is open to the general public for free, like previous years, but has also become a Collaborative UV, a training programme of 20 hours recognised with 2 ECTS by the UV forwarded specifically for students of the degree and postgraduate education in the UV. In this case registration requires the payment of taxes (30,13€), but transportation, accommodation and half board expenses are covered. Limited places.
