The Centre d'Idiomes de la UV awards students with an electric scooter and sweatshirts at the Welcome Days.
At the Centre d'Idiomes of the University of Valencia (UV), the start of the school year was celebrated with a special raffle held during the Welcome Days at the Burjassot, Tarongers, Blasco Ibáñez, and Ontinyent campuses between October 15 and 25. Among the prizes were an electric scooter and various university-branded hoodies, drawing great interest from attendees.
The lucky prize winners are:
- Electric scooter and helmet: Iris Chueca Baules. Student of Pharmacy at the Universitat de València.
- Blue hoodie with hood: Iván Baena Gómez. 1st year chemistry student at the University of Valencia.
- White hoodie: Paloma Porras. 4th year Physics student at the University of Valencia.
- White hoodie: Lucía Asensi Pérez. 1st year student of social work at the University of Valencia.
This raffle, organized by the Centre d'Idiomes, aimed to welcome students and promote a sense of community among the different campuses. The initiative offered new students an opportunity to get familiar with the UV facilities and enjoy a rewarding experience in their first encounter with university life.
