Enquiries related to the pre-enrolment and admission procedure should be sent through the app tiquetingUV.

To avoid possible INCIDENTS when trying to check the pre-enrolment results or when trying to enter the self-enrolment application, it is recommended to enter the Online Office UV, "My procedures", using the username and password used in the pre-enrolment, and click on the icon "Notifications".

C. Master’s enrolment

It is recommended to consult the information published in the postgraduate website.

C.1) New students of the master’s degree

1.- Self-enrolment

Once admitted to the master's degree pre-enrolment process, students must formalise their enrolment online through the self-enrolment. If you have any doubts, we suggest that you consult the tutorial (in the “Subjects” section of the self-enrolment, you must NOT select the option “By groups”, but the option “By subjects”. To choose the optional subjects you must select the “Optional subjects” tab). Before enrolling, it is recommended to consult the schedules in order to avoid possible overlapping of subjects.

The enrolment summary is available to the student in the student portal

Once the registration is finished, the student will be able to see their personalized schedule week by week through the virtual secretary (https://secvirtual.uv.es) and/or by downloading the mobile app of the University. In these personalized schedules you can also see the classroom to go to for each activity.

2.- Enrolment documentation

It must be sent to biomatricula@uv.es from the UV email account obtained during self-enrolment (___@alumni.uv.es).

It is only required in the following cases:

2.1.- If you have chosen direct debit as the payment method, this form must be sent duly completed and signed by the account holder.

2.2.- If you are entitled to a tuition exemption or discount that has not been validated in the self-enrolment, you must send a scanned copy of the document accrediting this entitlement.

3.- Tuition payment

3.-1 Payment terms and deadlines

3.-2 Payment dates

4.- Student card

5.- Enrolment cancellation

Students enrolled in a master's degree who wish to cancel their enrolment because they have been subsequently admitted to another master's must send an email from the UV email account to biomatricula@uv.es requesting the cancellation and attaching a copy of the admission letter or proof of enrolment in the new degree.

If the cancellation is requested sufficiently in advance of the dates on which tuition fees are due, no fee will be charged.

Once the enrolment period has elapsed, if cancellation is required for reasons of force majeure, the application, together with the supporting documentation, must be submitted through Online Office UV.

C.2) Students who started their Master's studies in previous academic years

Students with enrolments formalised in previous years may register in any of the enrolment periods established in the calendar.

If the student enrols for the Master’s Degree Final Project and did not attend any call during the academic year in which they first enrolled, the registration fees for credits for the first time will be applied. Although at the time of enrolment they appear as second time credits, the receipt will be generated with the amount corresponding to the first time credits. If the student does not defend the project in that course, in the next one the credit rates will be applied for the third time.

Enquiries regarding enrolment should be addressed to biomatricula@uv.es.
