We are pleased to announce that the first FORTHEM non-academic staff week: “Let’s build the FORTHEM Community together!” will take place between June 20th and 23rd at the Universitat de València. This event is addressed to FORTHEM non-academic staff.
RELEVANT INFORMATION: Due to the low number of pre-registrations the staff week is unfortunately cancelled. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. We look forward to meeting you in person at one of the FORTHEM activities in the future.
The pre-registration form is limited and priority will be given to four members per university. The pre-registration period for physical attendance ends on 31st May 2022, and admission will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration can be done by clicking on the following link.
Once the deadline is over, we will be sending the final confirmation by email to FORTHEM colleagues. You can consult here the provisional programme and practical information for visiting our city.
The week will include guided tours of the different campuses of the University, presentations about the University including, of course, FORTHEM-related topics, time to exchange experiences and ideas with colleagues from other Alliance countries, a guided tour of Valencia and free time to enjoy the city, its gastronomy and its beaches.
