Master’s Degree in Functional Recovery in Physiotherapy

  • Develop the ability to promote health education among the various members of the transdisciplinary work team.
  • Being able to obtain and select specific information and relevant sources for problem-solving, strategy development and action plans, advising and implementing different physiotherapy interventions in the areas of functional recovery.
  • Apply acquired knowledge and develop the ability to solve problems in new or unfamiliar environments within broader or multidisciplinary contexts related to physiotherapy techniques across different levels of healthcare, specifically in the physical treatment of complex pathologies and injuries requiring a higher level of specialization.
  • Develop the ability to prepare and deliver both oral and written reports on the functional status of patients
  • Understand the ethical, deontological, and legal principles governing the application of physiotherapy techniques in each area of practice, and develop the ability to manage resources in a reliable and sustainable manner.
  • Acquire sufficient scientific methodology to develop research projects in the field of functional recovery.
  • Be able to integrate knowledge and address the complexity of making judgments based on incomplete or limited information, including reflections on the social and ethical responsibilities linked to the application of their knowledge and judgments, while planning a comprehensive approach to patient care.
  • To promote, in academic and professional contexts in the field of economic policy, technological, social or cultural advancement within a society based on knowledge and respect for: a) fundamental rights and equal opportunities between men and women, b) the principles of equal opportunities and universal accessibility for people with disabilities and c) the values ¿¿of a culture of peace and democratic values.
