The Faculty of Law of the University of Valencia organizes today June 3, starting at 10 hours a Day open to the public on the main aspects of private law and the economic crisis. It will address the newer issues from the field of Private Law, such as the legal status of abusive clauses after the Supreme Court ruling, the principal aspects of Act1/2013, or issue of preference shares.
The conference include the participation of Francisco Javier Orduña, Supreme Court Justice, Carlos Ballugera, Registrar of Property, Ignacio Ruiz Peris, Professor of Commercial Law, Salvador Sastre, Director of APABANC legal services, and Javier Plaza Penadés, Professor of Civil and Vicedean.
This event is open to the legal community and society and it will continue in the conference that the Faculty of Law will organize for next October, specifically on 23, 24 and 25, where from an interdisciplinary vision addresses all issues to solutions from the Law have been given and can give the economic crisis.
