On the occasion of the exhibition 'Siete reportajes sobre la inclusión social' (Seven illustrated reports on social inclusion) at the cultural centre La Nau, a round table titled 'Inclusión social y pobreza. El tratamiento en los medios de comunicación' (Social inclusion and poverty. How mass media deal with the subject) took place last Thursday, January 12th, at this centre’s Aula Seminario. This activity was carried out under the Universitat de València’s Fòrum de Debats and the entrance was free.
The round table was chaired by the writer and journalist Alfons Cervera, Fòrum de Debat’s coordinator, and Sonia Márquez, president of the Valencian Community’s Xarxa d’Entitats per la Inclusió Social. Xavi Aliaga, journalist and writer; Ana Gimeno, journalist and writer; Eva Mañez, photojournalist; and Nuria Tendeiro, journalist and editor of VlC-Social.
