High-performing students take part in the third edition of Ciencia AHORA

A group of upper-secondary school students in Ciencia AHORA.

Thirty-five high-performing students in the first and second years of upper-secondary school (sciences and health sciences) have taken part in the third edition of Ciencia AHORA. The students winning the Olympics on the different subjects have also been able to take part in the programme.

This programme has included several scientific activities aimed at the professional career enrichment of the students as well as at the development of the students’ higher capacities. The students have taken part of four activities, which have been conducted at different departments of Burjassot/Paterna Campus: marine zoology, at Cavanilles Biodiversity Institute; microbiology, at Facultat de Farmàcia; general chemistry, Facultat de Química; and biotechnology, at Centre Biòpolis.

The Delegation for University Integration organized the programme Ciencia AHORA.
