The second day of the student strike is having a high turnout in the centres of the University of Valencia. The only incident reported so far has been emptying fire extinguishers in some facilities, such as the North Classroom Building, which has recommended the suspension of classes. At noon a demonstration has been called.

According to data compiled by management, the second day of protest has had superior participation on the three campuses of the University of Valencia. However, in a minority of centers the strike has had no impact.

The protest is organised by different groups of students to express their discontent with the budget cuts in education, which is added to the increase in university tuition fees and reduced scholarships.

Today at noon there is a demonstration, leaving from the Faculty of Geography and History, on the campus of Blasco Ibáñez
