The Fòrum de Debats and the Joan Fuster Chair of the University of Valencia will will pay tribute tomorrow Tuesday, 26 March, to the Valencian poet Vicent Andrés Estellés (Burjassot, 1924 – València, 1993), in the 20th anniversity of his death. The event will take place at the cultural centre La Nau, at 19:30. Admission is free and limited to capacity..
The event, titled ‘Pervivència i record de Vicent Andrés Estellés’, will feature speeches by Vicente Salvador, professor of Catalan Philology at the University Jaume I; Ferran Carbó, professor of Catalan Philology at the University of València and coordinator of the Joan Fuster chair; and Carmina Andrés Lorente, daughter of the poet. The event will be presented by the vice-principal for Culture and Equality of the University of València, Antonio Ariño.
