The 16th edition of the Universitat’s Programa Conéixer started last January the 19th. At this edition, the programme participated in Salón Unitour. Programa Conéixer is an initiative aimed at future students of the Universitat and their families to show them the offer of degrees and studies. SeDi (Servei d’Informació i Dinamització) and the Students Delegation organize the programme.
Salón Unitour started at Hotel Astòria last January 19th. It is the first meeting point of secondary and upper scondary schools students and the university world. The sixth edition of this fair intends to inform on the degrees of different universities. The Universitat de València has an information point where technicians of SeDi will help the public.
Next Tuesday, January 24th, the Facultat de Medicina’s Aula Magna will host the Jornada de Información para orientadores, equipos de dirección y profesorado de centros de enseñanza secundaria (Information workshop for counselors, headmasters and teachers of secondary education centres). The Catalan sociologist Marina Subirats will participate in this activity.
Next 21, 22 and 23 of February, the centres and services of Universitat de València will receive more than 8,000 students coming from secondary and upper secondary schools. They will then have a first contact with the Universitat.
SeDi distributes the last editions of Guía de Grados (with the Universitat’s curriculum) and the Guide to enter the Universitat (which includes admission cut-offs, weightening and interesting information). To participte in the information workshop and visits to the university, a registration must be done at http://coneixer.blogs.uv.es. For Saturday visits, there is no need of previous registration.
