The University of Valencia hosts, on 18 and 19 May, the Third Conference of Optometry Clinics of Iberia to be held in the Optometry Unit Lluís Alcanyís Fundació. The purpose of the initiative is to exchange knowledge between the optometry university clinics of Iberia, covering topics such as clinical teaching, patient care, clinical management, clinical research projects, etc...
The conference will be attended by, among others, José Manuel Almerich Silla, delegate of the Principal of the University of Valencia in the Science and Health area, and director general of the Lluís Alcanyís Foundation, Juan Carlos Martinez Moral, dean of the National College of Opticians -Optometrists; Vicente Marzal Roda, from the College of Opticians-Optometrists of Valencia, and Gonzalvo Valcarcel Germain, Department of Optics at the University of Valencia.
Thus continues the initiative that begun in 2010 at the Technical University of Catalonia, which was followed by the Computense University of Madrid in 2012.
