With the economic crisis, the number of evictions have significantly increased, leaving behind families and individuals that lived there in a dramatic situation. This reveals the abusive clauses that have governed the buying and selling of housing and the existence of a widespread fraud from the developers and banks. Moreover, the distancing of the Spanish governments to ensure one of the most basic rights of the citizens: housing. Against this background, have been setting up and declaring several citizen groups: movements against evictions, associations of judges and other organisations that have opposed to this situation. This year, the meeting "Just Ramírez" wants to dedicate its days to reflect on these movements.
