The Sichuan Opera show
The Confucius Institute of the University of Valencia (ICUV) organises the musical show ‘Vents melòdics de Xina. L’Òpera de Sichuan’ next Friday 5th October at 18.30h at the Valencia Conference Centre. The Sichuan opera is an operatic style which exhibits original music and colourful repertory that represents the subtle interpretative abilities of its repertory. For the first time in Valencia, and thanks to the ICUV and the collaboration of the central office of the Confucius Institute in China, Hanban, the artistic group of the Chongqin University will interpret various artistic performances from the South East of China. The Sichuan Opera is one of the most ancient ways of opera in China, with the characteristic change of faces. Free entry until filled to capacity.
