Degree in Modern Languages and Literatures
The Degree in Modern Languages and Literatures consists of 24 possible academic pathways, depending on the majorlanguageand the minorlanguage chosen, each of them with their respective literature.
Each pathway is called after the major and the minor chosen and constitute a closed set of subjects that must be passed compulsorily, except for Work placements and language and literature Exchanges in Europe, among which, both of 4th year, one can be freely chosen. Furthermore, students of minor in Hispanic Studies and Catalan Philology have to choose as C1 Language (2nd year, first semester) a subject among: German 1, Arabic 1, French 1, English 1, Italian 1, Portuguese 1 or Chinese 1, except for that which coincides with the language of the major.
