A space for interdisciplinary reflection on the impact of neurotechnologies on fundamental rights, governance, and the European regulatory framework.
Organized by the Faculty of Law of the Universitat de València and the NeuroLaw Research Group (GIN) UV, in collaboration with the Department of Constitutional Law and Political Science and Public Administration UV, this seminar features a program structured around five thematic areas:
- Neurotechnologies, human rights and the challenge of governance.
- Neurolaw and technoethics. Some considerations on values, principles and consequences.
- From neurorights to operational governance: mental privacy in consumer neurotechnology.
- Neurotechnologies in the European Artificial Intelligence Regulation.
- Reconfiguring freedom of thought in the face of neurotechnologies.
