Before the stay

• If you have financial aid for short stays through competitive calls: Stays and activities shall be consigned by the director and authorised by the Academic Committee (CAPD) and will be added to the student’s activity document once they get validated by the entity of the stay.

• If you don’t have financial aid: authorisation of the Doctoral School through the Academic Committee shall be requested a least one month prior.

These are the documents to be provided to the Academic Committee (docbiote@uv.es):

• Stay authorisation request.
• Stay responsible of the destination centre resume and team principal resume. (only if no financial aid)
• Acceptance letter of the stay centre.
• Establishment of the funding.

Once the stay is over, provide the Academic Committee the following documents (docbiote@uv.es):

• Certificate by the stay centre including the stay period (minimum of 3 months) and the name of the responsible. The document must include the institutions stamp or digital signature.

NOTE: Students must keep all the documents, the stay authorisation and the report by the Academic Committee of the Doctoral Programme and provide them along with the application form for the doctoral thesis submission.
