Doctoral students develop their doctoral thesis within the scope of a company project committed to research and innovation, and work with researchers in a scientific environment and with the company's staff during the development of the project. Finally, companies manage to attract people with knowledge and skills of high added value so that they can become future leaders in research and innovation, gain access to UV research groups and centres and their equipment and infrastructures, increase their competitiveness by tackling strategic and innovative projects, strengthen European and international collaborations, and have access to I+D+I tax benefits.
