The research team of the PUBLIC RENAISSANCE (PURE) project, from the Department of Modern and Contemporary History of the University of Valencia (Modern area), will present the play "Farsa de las Germanías" at the La Nave Cultural Center, the next Saturday, November 19 at 1:00 p.m. The activity that will serve as the closing of the PURE project and the presentation of the "Hidden València" app, all and remembering the Germanías, the repression and also the participation of women in the revolt. PUBLIC RENAISSANCE is a research project on the public uses of urban space in the Renaissance period, in particular the revolt of the Germanías, which took place in Valencia between 1519 and 1521. One of the results of the project has been the creation of the app for mobile devices HIDDEN VALENCIA, which offers a guided itinerary through the main places of the Germanías revolt.
