The Library Respons is the UV libraries virtual reference service to attend, orient and resolve the doubts on the operation of the kicks of the library and envelope the resources of bibliographic information.

How to use the service?
The questions are made from any device with an internet connection through The Library Answers form.
How long do we take to respond?
Form questions will be answered within a maximum period of 3 working days, except for the non-school periods of Christmas, Easter, summer holidays or holidays. In the event that the response period is extended, the user will be informed.
What kind of questions can be asked?
- General information on the functioning of libraries: schedules, services, regulations, etc.
- The Trobes catalog: operation, searches, sources, etc.
- The loan and obtaining documents.
- Access and use to databases, books and electronic journals.
