The multimedia specialists of the UDIE:

• Have an initial briefing with the beneficiaries.
• Monitor the project.
• Provide documentation (about Creative Commons licensing, transfer of image rights, learning objects, metadata, ...) for the preparation of materials.
• Offer support for creating multimedia materials as long as they meet the requirements of the application form of Audiovisual Services and if these resources are mUVie, interviews and lectures.
• Once completed, the teaching materials will be uploaded to Roderic and will be given complementary and necessary metadata in the repository, always under a CC license.
