In order to meet the demands expressed by different groups, a total of 47 training hours have been scheduled through four mini-courses organised by the SFPIE in the academic year 2014-2015, this means an increase of four times in hours invested on training when compared to the academic year 2013-2014.
This year, the Quality Unit has increased notably its dedication to training actions, offered by means of the Lifelong Learning and Educational Innovation Service.
This momentum originated as a response to the increasing demand for mini-courses and workshops on different aspects of quality management that has been dealt with in various meetings, both with the PDI (teaching and research staff) and the PAS (administrative and service staff).
The offer is divided into these four face-to-face activities:
1) Management by Processes. A 15-hour mini-course for the PAS (administrative and service staff) that will be carried out from the 2 to the 11 March.
2) Quality at the University. 2-hour session for the PDI (teaching and research staff), scheduled for the 8 of May within the framework of the module 6 of the FIPU (Comprehensive Training Programme of the University Teaching Staff)
3) Surveys design. Online implementation of surveys. A 15-hour mini-course for the PDI (teaching and research staff) and the PAS (administrative and service staff), scheduled from 22 of May to 4 of June.
4) Accreditation and monitoring processes of the official certifications. 15-hour mini-course for the PDI (teaching and research staff), scheduled from 10 of May to 17 of June.
