The Unitat de Qualitat (Quality Unit) has developed and sumitted to the heads of the Servei d'Educació Física i Esports (Physical Education and Sports Service) the reports with the opinions of the participants in sports activities during the first four months of the 2017/2018 academic year.

A total of 1340 questionnaires, corresponding to 181 different courses, have been collected and processed. The Servei d'Educació Física i Esports may analyze the satisfaction of these users by activity and campus and initiate improvement actions.
