Líneas de investigación

  • COMUNICACIÓN. Analizar distintos procesos de comunicación tanto a nivel empresarial, adoptando una perspectiva integradora (comunicación integrada de marketing) y centrada en el consumidor, como a nivel interpersonal, enfocándose en expresiones que van más allá de los elementos verbales (comunicación no verbal).
  • COMPORTAMIENTO DEL CONSUMIDOR. Estudiar el impacto de la comunicación en el comportamiento del consumidor. Analizar el papel proactivo del consumidor en el desarrollo de las estrategias de comunicación. Enfoque especial en el sector turístico (el comportamiento del turista) y en el sector educativo (el comportamiento del alumno).
  • INNOVACIÓN. Examinar la implementación de las prácticas innovadoras en los sectores como el turismo y la educación. Énfasis en la innovación docente. Análisis del uso y del impacto de las nuevas tecnologías de información y comunicación (redes sociales, apps, smartphones, inteligencia artificial, etc.).
  • BRANDING. Analizar el proceso de branding. Brand awareness (notoriedad), brand image (imagen), brand loyalty (lealtad), brand equity (valor de marca), brand trust (confianza), brand attachment (compromiso), consumer-brand engagement (implicación), brand sustainability (sostenibilidad), brand anthropomorphism.
  • CULTURA. Investigar el impacto de la cultura nacional en la comunicación y en el comportamiento del consumidor desde una óptica cross-cultural. Adoptar una dinámica intercultural en el desarrollo de distintas metodologías de innovación docente.
  • GÉNERO. Incluir la perspectiva del género en los estudios del comportamiento del consumidor. Integrar el enfoque basado en el género en la innovación docente.
