The objects in this collection come from different nature. It is about the created material and used for the research and teaching. Their use has been decreased by the emerging of new machine that have the same function due to the technological advances that have allowed to be more efficient. There are disused materials converted into Museum objects that are have been rescued from abandonment, managed actively and documented clearly.
It should be highlighted the goniometers, a petrographic microscope, viewfinders, stereoscopy photography, tellurium and even a replica of the storm simulator designed by Stanley Miller in 1953. in which he could demonstrate the origin of life from a metabolic point of view.
