There is no waiting list. Students who do not appear are those who did not obtain a scholarship after applying for the application criteria.
Students who have been awarded a destination in the International Program must complete the scholarship acceptance form online at the Online Office UV using the "International Program File" procedure from February 10 to 28, 2025.
Failure to accept the scholarship within the aforementioned deadline will result in the waiver of the assigned destination.
Furthermore, acceptance of the International Program scholarship automatically waives the Erasmus Estudis scholarship and the SICUE scholarship for the same academic year, if applied for.
Students are responsible for submitting their application to their assigned university before the deadline set by the host university (with all required documentation) and obtaining acceptance from the host university. At some universities, the application process is online.
