The awards ceremony for the 2026 Network of Entrepreneurship Pre-incubators was held on 8 July. The initiative is aimed at undergraduate, master’s and doctoral students enrolled at the Universitat de València during the 2025-2026 academic year who have an entrepreneurial idea or project.

The event was attended by Juan Luis Gandía, Rector of the Universitat de València, and Rosa M.ª Bo Bonet, Vice-Rector for Students, Educational Transformation and Lifelong Learning.

Of the 54 proposals initially submitted by the Universitat de València’s 17 pre-incubators, only 12 progressed beyond the first stage. Each of these projects received a €500 award and qualified directly for the final stage.

The first prize, worth €1,500, was awarded to Fatuma Abeida Ahmed, a student at the Faculty of Psychology and Speech Therapy, for her project Disalud365. Fatuma received the award accompanied by the Dean of the Faculty, Antonio Ferrer.

Disalud365 proposes an innovative comprehensive healthcare model that combines audiology, psychology and the circular economy to offer accessible solutions for people with hearing loss. The project links access to refurbished devices with emotional support, creating a sustainable, affordable system centred on the needs of each patient. This recognition follows the second prize that Fatuma previously received in Ingenia UV, a programme designed to promote female talent and entrepreneurship.

The PsicoLogoEmprén Pre-incubator of the Faculty of Psychology and Speech Therapy would like to congratulate Fatuma on this important recognition and on developing a project with a significant social impact.
