The students of International Master's Degree in Migration or similar shall be exempted from the supplementary training.

 

OPTION A.- For students who can not demonstrate she/he has received the training in explanatory theories of migration, migration history, geography of migration in macro and microeconomics of migration, international conventions and human rights and refugee migration, migration policy compared and basic legal aspects; the CAPD advised to follow at least 10 and at most 20 ECTS credits (according to previous undergraduate degree and master’s degree studies) of the “Context of Migration” module within the International Master's Degree in Migration. This module is formed by significant teaching units of 5 ECTS.
OPTION B.- For students who have not received the training in introduction to research, the CAPD advised to follow at least 10 and at most 15 ECTS credits (according to previous undergraduate degree and master’s degree studies) of the “Research Models” module within the International Master's Degree in Migration. This module is formed by significant teaching units of 5 ECTS.
OPTION C.- A combined option from options A and B shall be offered in order to complete the training of those students who lack the basics about human mobility as in minimum research competencies.
10 ECTS credits per option as maximum are recommended.
