  • Enquiry: to guide and to inform the members of the university community on aspects related to management and related activities, complaints and associated problems.
  • Complaints: entail to open proceedings and force to act by written for requesting reports or even for asking for judgments, and which culminate with suggestions and recommendations to the relevant academic authorities.
  • Ex-officio actions: by the Ombuds Office own initiative actions are developed in front of problems that occur repeatedly in the university institution.
  • Mediation: is done when a member or group of our university specifically requests the intervention of the Ombuds Office as mediator, in order to find a formula that allows the solution of a conflict between parties.
